***Homemade Protein Powder***
1.5 C Raw Pumpkin Seeds
.5 C Chia Seeds
1/4 C Linseed
1 C Almond Flour
Blend until it’s a powder.
NB you can add 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder and 1 Tsp Cinnamon if you want a flavour.
Store in a sealed container in fridge.
Smoothie use 4 Tbsp ( 8g Protein) excluding milk.
