1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Tsp Date Syrup
1/2 Can Chickpeas Drained
1/2 C PB Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Baby Spinach Leaves
Simply fry your onion, add rest of ingredients and serve over your favourite grain, pasta or baked kumara.
