Good health really is just at the end of your fork

So you have decided to step into a plant based diet and don’t know where to begin?
Well let me tell you it starts with “ inviting plants to every meal” . Really it’s that simple. See how many more colours you can get on to that plate. Let the veg become the hero on the plate .
We should eat the rainbow everyday and as you do your body will love you for it.
Come join me on my plant based journey and together we can live not just longer but healthy lives.
Good health really is just at the end of your fork .
Welcome on the plantiful journey .

Plant based, lifestyle, healthy,

Life Span vs Health Span
It’s one thing to live a long life but is it really living if you are not living your best life? Modern medicine is doing a great job at keeping us alive longer but sadly many of us are not living the life we were promised. Inviting plants to every meal will help you live your best life.

I have been plant based now for over 5 years and I have seen my own health improve abundantly. I always feel full , energised and it’s definitely an added bonus is weight loss. Now after healing my own health I’m passionate to help others along on their health journey .
We should all be eating plants like our lives depend on it because well actually they do! It can feel overwhelming when you switch to a plant based diet . You can be bombarded with information on what are the true super foods . Honestly the best superfood is the last vegetable or fruit you just ate!

My hope is that by sharing all I have learnt on plant based living with you that you too can reclaim back your own health. Little by little as we make changes and follow the true lifestyle that our Creator blessed us right back at the beginning of Creation we can not only live a long life but a healthy one .

Talks & Workshops

Do you think your workplace, church or organisation would like to book a workshop?
My workshops are fun and tasty. I can deliver a workshop around a particular lifestyle disease, sustainability in the kitchen, or just how to get more plants onto your plate.

I love working in the community especially with those living with a disability - everybody does better when they eat better! I have a particular interest in woman’s health especially menopause and empowering woman to step into their wisdom and health into their longevity.

I bring all of my own kitchen equipment and the food you just need a venue and the people. Just reach out and let’s chat.

Fresh n Fruity Tuesday April 22nd
How to pick the best fruit (and it’s not the pretty fruit) and how to create healthy tasty fruity recipes.  From preserves to chia jam to fruit salads and cakes .  We will also talk about the best ways to make it last.

Quickles and Pickles Tuesday April 29th
How to use up those extra veg in the fridge or use up the other half of your onion. These little sweet n sours add big pops of flavours to our meals.

Let’s eat what’s in season - not only will it be the cheapest but it will be packing the most nutrients.  It hasn’t travelled half way around the world and often we can even get to know the person who grew it. We will talk crop swaps and gifting food.

The odd bunch Tuesday May 6th
We all have them in our fridges and fruit bowls.  A squished bruised banana, a yellow tinged broccoli.  We will discuss when it’s really time to compost or if we can still create a new exciting meal. We will also cover meal planning and how to avoid buying too much.
