Life Span vs Health Span
It’s one thing to live a long life but is it really living if you are not living your best life? Modern medicine is doing a great job at keeping us alive longer but sadly many of us are not living the life we were promised. Inviting plants to every meal will help you live your best life .
I have been plant based now for over 5 years and I have seen my own health improve abundantly. I always feel full , energised and it’s definitely an added bonus is weight loss. Now after healing my own health I’m passionate to help others along on their health journey .
We should all be eating plants like our lives depend on it because well actually they do! It can feel overwhelming when you switch to a plant based diet . You can be bombarded with information on what are the true super foods . Honestly the best superfood is the last vegetable or fruit you just ate!

My hope is that by sharing all I have learnt on plant based living with you that you too can reclaim back your own health. Little by little as we make changes and follow the true lifestyle that our Creator blessed us with right back at the beginning of Creation we can not only live a long life but a healthy one .

Foraging Workshop

Come along to learn how to identify edible herbs and weeds .  Not only will you learn how to recognise them but we are also going to create some amazing dishes to try.  This workshop will also teach your herbal teas and non caffeine hot drinks!

The Pot Luck Club Sunday 27th August 6pm

 You are welcome to come along to Caths Pot Luck Club. Everyone gets to bring along their favourite plant based meal and to try everyone else’s. A great chance to learn a new recipe and meet a like minded veg muncher! I will be there and we can have a Q&A so you can ask me any questions about cooking!
Everyone is welcome , bring the kids ,invite a friend who may be curious about how to eat more veg based meals! If you are planning on coming along then let me know and I can add your name to the guest list.

*I also have 10 places available for anyone that's not plant based but keen to try some yummy meals, so if you have a friend or family member you may like to extend an invite to who is curious about plant based cooking , please let me know.

Not to mention what do you do with them! Whatever your reasons for inviting plants onto your plate, it is the best and healthiest way to eat!
Come along and join Cath for this fun 2 hour workshop and learn some fun easy and tasty ways to cook delicious plant based meals. Together we will learn how to make sauces, wraps, something sweet (yes you still can eat desserts on a plant based diet) and meals for the families.
The workshop will go for 2 hours but we hope you will stay afterwards and enjoy eating all the delicious recipes we have cooked together! Numbers are limited so please get in touch to register.
